Clinical Trial Nexus
Clinical Trial Nexus is a bespoke evidence synthesis service that conducts systematic retrieval, harmonisation, and structuring of global clinical trial registry data on behalf of our clients. Using validated data extraction protocols and expert curation, we deliver project-based evidence mapping across indications, treatment settings, outcomes, and sponsor activity, designed to support early-stage research and strategic decision-making.
Clinical trial registry records vary widely in terminology, structure, and completeness – making systematic evidence retrieval and synthesis across treatment lines, sponsors, and outcomes time-consuming and error-prone. As trial volumes grow, traditional manual approaches no longer scale for research needs.
OUR METHODOLOGY
Clinical Trial Nexus conducts systematic retrieval and harmonisation of global clinical trial registry data for each client project, extracting and standardising key attributes such as indication, line of therapy, outcomes, sites and sponsors. Through expert-curated normalisation and quality-controlled workflows, each deliverable is a standalone research product – ready for exploratory analysis, evidence mapping, and internal strategic
planning.
