New video: SELFIE will recommend best practice, and contribute to improving the lives of people with multi-morbidity

A new video was coming up about the aims and action of SELFIE project, a research on integrated chronic care (ICC) for individuals with multi-morbidity, explaining them in an easily comprehensible way. We are happy that we can take part in this project.
